Ingredients:
Beef (boiled) ½ kg
Onions Paste 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomatoes 2
Green Chilies (large) 10
Oil ½ cup
Saffron 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Nigella Seeds 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Method:
· In a pan, heat oil add onion paste and fry till light pink.
· Now add boiled beef, ginger garlic paste, saffron, nigella seeds, fennel seeds,turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and fry well.
· Then add tomato paste, yogurt, let it cook on low flame.
· When beef are tender, add large green chilies cut in centre, fill it lemon juice, chaat masala and let it simmer.
· Achar Gosht is ready.
