Ingredients:
Potatoes ½ kg
Butter 50 gms
Green Peas 1 kg
Green Chilies 6
Onion Paste 1 cup
Tomato Paste 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Cottage Cheese 1 packet
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Method:
· In a pan, heat oil add onion paste and fry until golden brown.
· Then add potatoes,green peas, salt, water and let it tender.
· When they are tender add tomato paste, yogurt, crush red chilies,turmeric powder,cumin seeds and fry on high flame.
· After that, add cottage cheese, coriander leaves,green chilies,let it simmer and remove from the stove.
