Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless) 1 kg
Green Chilies 10
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt 250 gms
Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Method:
• In a pan,heat oil, add ginger garlic paste.When aroma comes, add boneless chicken and fry well.
• Add beaten yogurt, turmeric powder, salt and cover to cook it.
• Add cumin seeds, crushed fennel seeds and fry.
• When water dries out, add green chillies, garam masala powder, fried cumin seeds, fennel seeds,and let it simmer for 10 minutes.Zeera Chicken Is ready
