Ingredients:
Spinach 1 kg
Potatoes ½ kg
Green Chilies 10
Oil ½ cup
Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chilies (Crushed) 2 tsp
METHOD:
• Finely chopp spinach,and cut potatoes in small pieces wash.
• In a pan heat, oil, add finely chopped garlic.When aroma comes add crushed red chilies.
• Now add potatoes, spinach, salt and let it cook on high flame.Donot cover the pan .When water dries, add chopped green chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
• Remove from the stove then tender potatoes.
• Aalu palak fry is ready.
