Milk :1 litre
Sugar: 1 cup
Bread Slice : 2 big size
Khoya: 1/2 pao
Crushed Cardamom : ½ tsp
Kewra : 1 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Almonds n Pistachio : as required
Recipe:
Take a woke put milk in it and boil milk for 15 minutes then add sugar , and boil it more for ten minutes then add khoya and bread slice and Cream (balai) and boil it for more 10 minutes so that the mixture gets thick .
now putt the mixture off from stove and let it cool on room temperature ,then add nuts , crushed ilaichi and Kewra into it and blend the mixture.
Then put a little amount of blended mixture in a bowl to serve it with Qulfi , and put the rest of mixture in a air tight container to set and freeze as Qulfi for 10 hours approximately .
Scoop out Qulfi when needed to serve .
Serving style :
Put crushed ice in a bowl then put qulfi scoop in bowl and top it with falooda , and spoon of blended mixture (taken out before ) and nuts .
Falooda Recipe :
Corn Flour : 1 cup
Water : 2 to 2 ½ cup
Yellow Food Color: 1 pinch
Kewra : 1 tsp
Put water , cornflour ,yellow food color and kewra in a voke and heat it on a stove till it becomes hard mixture . Then put the mixture into falooda mold and press the falooda out in iced water bowl .letfalooda set for 5 minutes in iced water bowl and take it out to serve and top it on qulfi .
