Ingredients:
Flour 1 cup
Egg White 1
Milk 1 ½ cups
Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp
Margerine 2 tbsp
Vanilla Custard Powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Cold Water as required
Jelly to Garnish
Nuts To Garnish
Method:
• Mix food processor along with 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp margarine until they turn like bread crumbs.
• Add in cold water and make a dough. Wrap it in a plastic bag.
• Roll the dough and cut it with a cutter and place it in the muffin tray. Make holes in it with the help of fork.
• Bake them in the oven at 200c for 15 mins until golden brown.
• In a pan, add in 1 ½ cup milk and 2 tbsp sugar with 3 tbsp vanilla custard,. Make thick custard.
• Add in 1 egg white and add the custard in the baked tarts. Sprinkle nutmeg and keep it in the oven again for 10-12 mins.
• In the end, add in jelly and nuts. Serve.
