GHOBI QEEMA
INGREDIENTS:
Beef ½ kg
Finely Chopped Cauliflower 1
Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Onions 2
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4
Finely Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
METHOD:
Heat 1 cup oil and add 2 finely chopped onions in it and make them brown. Now add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies and 1 tsp turmeric powder and cook for a while after adding water in it. Then add ½ kg beef in it. When the water of the beef evaporates, and then add 1 finely chopped cauliflower and 2 finely chopped green chilies. When the water of the cauliflower evaporates, then cook it. In the end, add 2 green chilies, 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger garlic and 1 bunch green coriander and put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Delicious cauliflower is ready.
