500 grms rice
bone less chicken 200 gram
meiji chicken soup 2 pc or 1 pack
mattar ke daane 100 gram
gajar 50 gram
band goabhi 100 gram
aik phali aati he but wo yahaaN avail able he pakistan maiN nahi he yni itni asani se nahii milti
tu rehne diijiiye.
butter 100 gram oil aik piali
piaz 1 big size
piaz fry karaiN a dont need brown
chawal aur anday chor ke sab kuch dal dain thoda sa 3 mint fry karaiN
us ke baad pani agar kernal chawal he tu total pani jaaye ga 1and 1/2 cup for 1 cup of rice
is hisab se total pani maiN 1/2 cup zyadah dalaiN namak mila daiN sm body like red chilli wo bhi mila daiN
4 minute tak ubalaiN chawal ko pehle bhigona he pani maiN.....
4 minute ke baad chawal shamil karaiN jab pani khatam ho jaye 20 minute dam pe laga daiN
aur eggs ki zardi nikal lqaiN ya rehne dain but eggs ki liar buht thick rakhni he aur phir lambi shakal kat ker
