Jin khawateens maiN hamila houN ya bache ki paidaish ya diet ki wajah se hamogolbeen kam ho jaye tu us ki khorak kia honi chahye to bring back of blood.



normal khane ke baad.
1.fresh cream with mango slice.
2. mango, apple and banana milk shake.
3. for break fast bakre ki kalaijii.
banane ka tareeka


kalaiji tazah ho. lmbi lambi finger chips ki taraH kat laiN.
aik choti piaz kali mirch namak timatos hasb e zaika

paiz ko mamooli fry 2 minutes and timatos namk mirch mila laiN aur kaleeji bhi 3 se 4 minut fry karlaiN.. its ready.
4. Oranges 1 kg rozana
5. straw burry milk

Ju khawaateen Umeed se haiN...Aur jin bachyouN ki shadi hone wali he wo bhi zehn maiN rakhaiN.

Baat bilkul haqeeqat he....her maaN baap chahta he ke us ka bacha khoubsoorat paida ho chahe wo khoud kala hi kyouN na ho...hahahahah

jab chend maah reh jaaeN I think 3 ya 4 maah tu raat ko daily aslii zaafraan adha kilo doodh maiN ubaal ker pii laiN.....aadhi chaye ki chamchi kafi he..


aur ju log zaafraan afford nahi ker sakte wo behnaiN irani saib...ju hamare haaN waafer miqdar maiN hot he yehi yellow khatta meetha daily sara din 1 kilo kafi he ager khaa sakte haiN adha kilo bhi chale gaa....
