Ingredients:
Bread Slices 4
Gramflour 1 cup
Yogurt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Chopped Green Chilies 1 bunch
Chopped Cumin 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilies 4
Salt to taste
Soda Bicarbonate ½ tsp
Oil to fry
Method:
• Cut the bread slices into cubes.
• In a bowl, add in gramflour, chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp red chili powder, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, chopped green coriander, salt, egg, yogurt and ½ tsp soda bicarbonate and dissolve it with luke warm water.
• In a pan, add in oil, dip the bread pieces in gram flour batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
• Serve with chili garlic sauce.
