Ingredients:
Boiled Rice 1 kg
Minced Meat ½ kg
Green Food Color 1 pinch
Red Food color 1 pinch
Yellow Food color 1 pinch
Green Chatni 1 cup
Tomato ketchup 2 cup
Butter 100 g
Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Salad leaves as required
Tomatoes as required
Method:
In one cup of boiled rice, add 1 tsp red chilies, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and mix it.
Now divide it into portions and in one portion add 1 pinch of green chatni, in the second portion, add 2 cups tomato ketchup and 1 pinch red food color and in the third portion add ½ kg minced meat and 1 pinch yellow food color and mix it separately.
Now in two oven prove dish, put 100g butter and put the layer of yellow layered rice and then put the layer of green colored rice.
Now after putting up the red colored layer of rice, press it properly.
In the end, bake it at 200c for 30 min and delicious 5 layered rice is ready.
