Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Gelatin Powder 1 tsp
Sugar ½ cup
Crushed Plain Cake 1 cup
Cardamom ½ tsp
Cream 1 Packet
Yellow Food Color a pinch
Coconut Powder 1 cup
For Topping:
Sugar 4 tbsp
Saffron Essence few Drops
Chopped Almonds 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Yellow Food Color a pinch
Method:
• Take 1 liter milk and let it cook. Add in 1.2 cup sugar, ½ tsp cardamom and a pinch of yellow food color.
• When the sugar dissolves close the pan, add in 1 tsp gelatin powder with some water.
• Add in cream, coconut powder and 1 cup crushed cake. Add it in the serving bowl and freeze it until set.
• For topping: Add in sugar, Saffron Essence, 2 tbsp chopped Almonds,2 tbsp water and a pinch of yellow food color.
• Dessert is ready to serve.
