Ingredients
Mince 250 gm
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Allspice ½ tsp heaped
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Yogurt 3 cups
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Fennel seeds roasted and rushed ½ tsp
Oil 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Method
Knead mince and bread crumbs together, add chili powder, salt, turmeric, allspice, ginger garlic, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix well, make into flat kababs, shallow fry in oil till light golden. Remove. Beat yogurt with salt to taste, arrange kabab on a serving dish, cover with beaten yogurt, and garnish with crushed red pepper, crushed cumin and coriander leaves.
