Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes ½ kg
Bread Slices 2
Chopped Green Chilies 3
Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
Chopped Green Coriander ½ bunch
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Bihari Masala 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Gravy:
Chopped Onions 2
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Fresh Cream 1 packet
Chopped Green Chilies 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
• Peel boiled potatoes and mash them.add in 32 tbsp rice flour and 2 bread slices.
• Add in 3 tbsp Bihari Masala , salt, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ bunch mint leaves, ½ bunch green coriander, chopped green chilies and some salt.
• Grease your hand make small meat balls. Shallow fry them.
• Take 1 cup oil in the pan, add in chopped onion and golden fry it and add it in yogurt.
• Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , red chili, 1 tsp All spice powder. Add in fried meat balls.
• Add in fresh cream and cook it on a slow flame.
• In the end, add in mint leaves and green chilies. Serve hot.
