Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Ginger 1 piece
Fried onion 1
Capsicum 1
Spring onion chopped 4
Fresh red chilies 4
Garlic 4 cloves
Peas 10
Mushroom 100 gm
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Peanut butter 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Dill 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Black vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Cook chicken in 1 cup water till stock remains.
Now in other pan heat oil, add garlic cloves cut into strips and fry well.
Add chopped spring onion, fried onion, mushrooms, capsicum, red chilies and peas.
Fry on high flame for 1 minute.
Now add boiled chicken, chicken stock, piece of ginger, peanut butter, chili sauce, soya sauce, black vinegar, brown sugar, tomato paste and salt.
Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
