saunt ( dried adrak )_____ 1 inch piece
kachri ( gosht galane k liay ) _____ 3 adad
Sabut dhanya ____2 table spoon
pisa hua garam masala____ 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar ____ 1 tablespoon

Kabab k lie :
sont aur kachri ko tawe pe bhoon lain ........halki si zarb lagain k bikhar jae uske bad sonf aur sabut dhanya ko bhi bhoon lain .......
ab in chaaron ko mila kar grind kar lain...........qeema me mila lain .........iske sath namak aur 2 chammach lal mirch , garam masala add karain ..........ab in sab ko mix karlain .......agar qeema mota ho to grind kar lain ........
ab hath pe thora oil laga kar kisi rod pe lagain haath se qeema ko daba kar us k gird lapait lain .......phir us ko rod pe se utar kar deep fry kar lain ......jab golden brown ho jae to nikal lain ......
