Recipe Ingredients
Chicken boneless300g
Chopped onions1
Tomato paste8-10
Red wine wings 1 cup
Chopped garlic 8-10
Chopped tomatoes2-3
Fresh thyme3-4 leaves
Curry leaves3-4
Mozzarella cheese1 cup
Olive oil1/2cup
Saltas required
For the spaghetti 1/2packet
Oil3-4tbsp
Saltas required
Recipe Method
To prepare the spaghetti
Cook ˝ packet of spaghetti in billing water, add 2tbsp of oil
After 10 minutes, drain and place the spaghetti under running cold water .Pour some oil on top, toss and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add 300g chicken and salt to taste. Sauté until the color of the chicken changes
Remove the chicken and keep aside
In a separate pan add 2-3 tbsp tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 cup red onion rings, 8-10 cloves of garlic,2-3 chopped tomatoes, 3-4 leaves fresh thyme and 3-4 curry leaves, mix well and cook.
When the masala is well cooked add the fried chicken and mix well for 2-3 minutes
Remove the curry leaves and transfer the pasta to a serving platter. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top and serve
