Recipe Ingredients
Chicken Breast fillets4
Chicken Tikka Masala3 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp
White Vinegar2 tbsp
Yellow Food Colora pinch
Saltto taste
Lemons 2
Rice2 cups
Garlic 6 cloves
Green onion leaves1 cup
Brown sugar1 tsp
Soya Sauce1 tbsp
Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
Oilas required
Recipe Method
Wash chicken pieces and add in ½ cup yogurt, 3 tbsp chicken tikka masala, 2 tbsp white vinegar, salt, 2 lemon juice and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste add in 5-10 minutes. Add it in the frying pan and cook it for 5-10 minutes. Boil rice. Take some oil in the pan, add in chopped garlic cloves till they are golden brown. Add in rice, sesame seed oil, and brown sugar, salt and 1 tbsp soya sauce. Stir fry it. Dish out rice layer chicken on it and garnish it with chopped spring onion. Serve it.
