Ingredients :
1- Haath ka Kuta Hua Qeema _ 3 Pao
2- Garam Masala _ Half teaspoon
3- Hari Mirchain _ 10 to 15 ..
4- Lehson _ 10 joe
5- Adrak _ 1 inch ka tukra
6- Oil _ 1 Cup
7- Dhanya Kutra Hua _ Garnishing ke liay !!!
Namak _ hasb e zaiqa
Haldi _ Half tea spoon
Method :
....Oil Garam Kar K Us Me Garam Masala Daal Dain 4-5 Second Bad Qeema Daal Dain .....
....Ab hari Mirchain aur lason + adrak ko aik cup pani dal k grind kar lain aur qeema fry ho jae to us me namak haldi aur grind kia hua masala add kar dain .........
........Ab Dhakkan band kar k galne k liay chor dain Anch dheemi kar dain galanay k liay paani ki miqdaar barha bhi sakte hain ......
(agar hari mirch main tezi kam ho to mirchi ki miqdar bhi barha sakte hain )
......Galane k baad achi tarah bhoon lain .......
......Phir dhanya chidak kar Garnishing kar lain ......
(chahain to koele ka dam bhi de sakte hain )
Mede k parathe k sath serve karain .......!!!
