Ingredients
Chicken Breast (1 piece)
Garlic (2 to 3 Cloves finely chopped)
Carrots (2)Cabbage (half finely chopped)
Spring onion (4 sliced)
Salt (to taste)
Soya sauce (3-4 TBSP)
Black pepper (to taste)
Oil (3 to 4 TBSP)
Spring roll wrapper .....one pack
Cooking Method
First of all boil the chicken breast when it has done cut it into small pieces.
Then pick up frying pan sauté chopped garlic in it.
Then add all chopped vegetables in it and fry it but avoid from over cook then turn off the stove.
Add boiled chicken pieces in it and mix it well. Now the filling is ready.
Make the rolls with filling.
Deep fry it in hot oil. When it becomes golden brown, pick it out.
Serve spicy spring roll with chilly sauce. Or ketchup.
