Recipe Ingredients
Dried plums ½ kg
White vinegar 1 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Small cardamom 2-3
Sugar 1 cup
Salt as required
Recipe Method
Wash and soak ½ kg dried plums for 15-20 mins. Now take 2 cup water in a pan and cook dried plums in it. When the water dries add 1 cup sugar, salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 cup white vinegar. As the sugar dissolves add ½ cup char magaz and 2-3 crushed cinnamon. Dish it out once it is smooth.
