Job Description:
Ensuring implementation of programme In accordance with the monitoring framework, implementation of approved annual work plans.
• Supervision of management information systems to all programmes.
Preparation and updating of policy guideline and
operational procedures.
Preparation of funding proposals.
Responsible for periodic programme planning, programme
implementation and regular feedback to management
• District Managers
Professional Qualification:
Masters (Preference will be given to Social Sciences)
Experience:
A minimum 5-8 years post qualification, hands-on relevant experience in social /development sector, especially working with the communities. Understanding of local language will be an added advantage.
Age: 30 to 50 years (relaxabfe in special cases)

Implement all programs / projects launched by Organization. Establish and maintain COs (Community Organizations), VOs (Village Organizations) and LSOs (Local Support Organizations).
Liaison with ail stakeholder i.e local government non government and community.
Identify needs at the local level and develop priority based annual plan for the sub-region.
• Manager Health Professional Qualification:
Masters (Preference will be given to Social Sciences OR Public Health/ Health Policy)
Experience:
A minimum 5-8 years post qualification hands-on experience in social /development sector, especially working with the reputed organization in health interventions.
Age: 30 to 50 years

Liaison with all stakehokJer i.e local government, non
government, community and especially with health department.
Resource mobilization for organization.
Develop concept note on health issues for future prospects.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility,
motivation and maturity
Strong communication skills (English, Urdu and Sindhi) Excellent analyticai/probiem-solving skills
