TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1 Application forms can be downloaded from the university website i.e http:/www.uom.edu.pk. A bank draft (in original) of Rs. 200/- drawn in the name of Director Finance. University of Malaknd must be attached with the form (Money Orders are not acceptable). (2) Foreign I)cgrec/ccrlificalcdiploma holders must have to produce equivalency certificate from Higher Educations Commission. Islama bad or Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad (as the case may be) along with thcirapplications. (3) Applications 011 prescribed form (complete in all respects) along with attested photocopies of all academic documents(DMCs/Trancripts. Degrees and certificates etc) valid experience certificates,, three recent passport size photographs and photocopy ofCNIC shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before 31" May, 2013 (4) Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. Original documents and relevant experience certificates etc. shall have to be produced at the time of interview. TA/DA will not be paid for test interview. Only short listed candidates will be called for test interview. (5) Candidates serving in Government'Semi Government' Autonomous organizations Institutes must apply through proper channel otherwise their applications will not be entertained. (6) The university will not be responsible for non-receipt or latc-rcccipt of call letters for test-interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned service (post ofticc or courier). The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts not to fill any or all of the advertised positions. (7) Errors Omission (if any) will be rectified bv the University as per rules.
