Foremost, you will be a senior business-orientated scientist, qualified to PhO level (or equivalent) in an agricultural or an environment based scientific discipline, with the vision and vigour to lead the development and growth of CABI in Central & West Asia. Your well-estabKshed background n the application of life sciences and strong international outlook wilt help you establish immediate credibility and authority with the Government of Pakistan and with partners and funding agents
With a good understanding of CABl's work, you will bring a wealth of international experience relevant to our mission. You will be able to show us how you have achieved key results and outputs. From managing projects to managing staff and delivering financial targets, you possess highly developed senior management skills. People believe in you and you can demonstrate this through a successful track record of influencing partners and coordinating teams in cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary environments Your interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken, are first-class You are a natural ambassador with an impressive commercial acumen and operational grasp, driven to achieving business results
