Introduction………………This option provide to both remind you save, or to automatically save either the current or all open documents………………..

Saving a Document automatically ……………
1Click on Tools from the menu bar to display a drop down list of commands………..
2Click on Options command to open an option tabbed box.
3Click on the save tab from the tab list
4Click on the save auto recover check box.
5Click the spinner box to increase or decrease the time interval fro saving automatically.
6Click on the OK button to Apply new settings
