ACCOUNTANT JOB

flcfc'dbtftaht 'Tiavlhj* MfcA, BBA Finance wilh minimum 2 years of experience is required] who will report directly to Finance Manager and CEO. The candidate will be required to:

7. Preparation of trial balance, final accounts, and customers' fodger

8. Preparation and maintenance of Petty cash book, cash book and general ledgtr

9. Preparation and regular maintenance of balance sheet, cash flows, and.fcxrome statements

10. Coordinate with Finance Manager and GM for client accounts

11. Coordinate with clients for payment and reconcile payments with bank accounts

12. Managing banking operation of branch - deposits, withdrawal & transfer of funds etc.

13. Reconcile monthly receipts and expenditure and bank records

14. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

15. Assistance with other office administrative tusks if need be

16. Proficient in Ms Office & hands on experience in accounts packages e.g. Excel or Quick Book.
