رسول كريم صلي اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا :
یقیناََ سچائی ، نیکی کی طرف رہنمائی کرتی ہے اور نیکی جنت کی طرف لے جاتی ہے ۔
آدمی سچ بولتا رہتا ہے ، یہاں تک کہ اسے اللہ کے ہاں بہت سچا لکھ دیا جاتا ہے ۔
اور جھوٹ نافرمانی کی طرف رہنمائی کرتا ہے اور نافرمانی جہنم کی طرف لے جاتی ہے اور آدمی یقیناََ جھوٹ بولتا رہتا ہے ، یہاں تک کہ اللہ کے ہاں اسے بہت جھوٹا لکھ دیا جاتا ہے ۔
