دودھ کی برفی


اجزاء


دودھ : ساڑھے چار کپ
چینی: 1/4 کپ
چھوٹی الائچی : آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
کھانے کا پسندیدہ رنگ: چند قطرے
پستہ باریک کاٹ لیں: آدھی کپ
بادام پسے ہوئے : آدھی کپ

ترکیب


دودھ ابال لیں ۔ اور پھر اسے ہلکی آنچ پر گاڑھا کریں کہ دودھ آدھا رہ جائے ۔ چینی شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں چمچہ مسلسل چلائیں ۔ بادام پستہ اور الائچی شامل کرکے پکانا جاری رکھیں یہاں تک کہ آمیزہ گاڑھا ہوجائے ۔رنگ ملائیں اور آمیزے کو کسی چکنے برتن میں ڈالیں ۔ جب ٹھنڈا ہوجائے تو برفی کے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں ۔

lekin chalooo kabhi kisi or ko bana kar khila doon gi
