Cook the noodles according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 2 teaspoons chili jam until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams minced beef and fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 1 diced red pepper and 150 grams grated carrot. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add 3 sliced ​​spring onions and cook briefly.
