حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کا بیان ہے کے رسول الله صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کے قوی وہ نہیں کے جو ( کشتی میں کسی کو ) پچھاڑے بلکہ قوی وہ ہے جو غصہ کے وقت اپنے آپ کو قابو میں رکھے .
( صحیح بخاری : جلد سوم ، حدیث : 1054 )
