BISE Rawalpindi (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi) started performing as a supervisory body in 1977 is responsible for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations within the dominion. The areas under Rawalpindi board jurisdiction are Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum. BISE Rawalpindi conducts matric and inter examinations for the candidates belonging to the schools and colleges of these areas.

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi would announce the matric 9th and 10th class result 2012 in the end of July or start of August this year. Matric Exams 2012 of Rawalpindi Board were held in March 2012.

Rawalpindi Board is working to regulate and supervise the secondary and intermediate examination in a impartial and transparent mode.
