Green tea is a traditional drink in China and Japan. After water it is most utilizing drink in China and Japan. Recently reports recommend us that green tea is also giving us some side effects.
Caffeine include in green tea which is not good for us if we take green tea. Caffeine is also gives us some benefits but we should not take it more.
We should use green tea in normal quantity. One cup of green tea 30 mg caffeine included. Some people are very sensitive and after use of little caffeine they got some side effects.
Doctor says we should use green tea one or two times in a day. If you will take it three to four cup in a day then it can give you some side effects.
The development of the baby is also affected as green tea contains EGCG. The extreme intake of green tea can also cause insomnia.
Green tea is also giving us some benefits. If we will use green tea one or two cup in a day then it will makes us fit and healthy.
Green tea is also control our fats. So, we should always be careful. We should not take more than two cups in a day.If you will take more than two cups then it can give you negative effect.
