Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

* Bread slices-6
* A cup finely cut vegetables-carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans
* A cupful of grated cheese
* 2 green chillies
* Salt

Method

* Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil. To this add the green chillies finely cut and salt. Fry for 1 minute.
* Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top. On top of it add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread.
* Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the upper grill.
* When the cheese melts, remove from the grill.
