Chicken legs in a honey mustard marinade in the oven

Ingredients:
Table of measures

chicken legs
8 pieces
liquid honey
100 ml
Dijon mustard
4 tbsp.
white vinegar (lemon juice)
4 tbsp.
sunflower oil
2 tbsp.
garlic
2 teeth
salt
taste
soy sauce
taste
freshly ground black pepper
taste
parsley
taste
cilantro

With the cooking of chicken dishes often begins an acquaintance with the culinary arts: you need to really try to cook the chicken tasteless.

Whatever chicken dish you cook, its nice to know the internal temperature at which the bird is completely cooked. This temperature is different in different parts of the bird and is:
- for a whole chicken with a filling: a thermometer inserted into the filling should show 74 C;
- for a whole chicken without a filling: a thermometer inserted into a thick part of the meat, without touching the bones, should show 82 C;
- breasts: 82 C;
- hips: 76 C.

Remember that in any chicken dish the meat must be cooked completely. It is also necessary to know that the internal temperature of chicken meat during the "rest" after cooking does not rise, like beef or lamb.
