WHY I AM BANNED I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ?

This question mostly asked by users to me so now i am explaining here .

Case1:
Sometimes bad users keep coming in the chat room and abuse or misbehave or flooding so we banned their ip host (internet service) completetly so any of the users using the same internet service will see the message that he/she is banned.


Case2:
i was chatting in the room .when i logout for a while and try again i got the message you are banned from the chat why ?


SomeTimes we have banned ip address long time ago your ip address keeps changing with the time so when we banned someone like 1 month ago his ip was 11.22.33.44
we banned him that time .

now after 1 month you got the same ip 11.22.33.44


so you will see the banned message.
