spaghetti pizza

Serves 6 people
if you love Italian food u will enjoy tis diff Pizza to the fullest.

Ingredients

1 pack spaghetti (cook as prescribed on the pack)
1 egg (opp) this is to hold the pizza.
1/4 tsp salt (opt) and pepper
1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp dried pizza herbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c cooked mince(opt)
1 c pizza sauce
1 c mozzarella + 1/2 c cheddar
1/4 c chopped Mushroom
1/2 bell pepper cut into thin strips
1/2 small onion cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp crushed dry red chilli
1/4 c black seedless olives


Directions

Combine spaghetti , salt, pepper, 1 1/2 c Cheese, egg(opt) and herbs toss well.
Brush a pizza pan with some olive oil
Press the spaghetti mix on the pan. Add the mince if desired.
Top it with Pizza sauce, then both the cheese and your toppings.
Place in an oven 350 deg for 30 min (until the cheese melts and the top browns a little.
Remove from oven allow to stand for 5-10 min. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
