A well known Food Fruit Juices & Severage Company opening the following posts for the young energetic and hardworking personnels: QC MANAGER
• Responsible tor all quality and tood safety related matters of juice drink and pulp production.
• Managing and assuring the quality of the products on a day today basis, as per set standards and maintaining the records of the same.
• Analyzing and approving the quality of the ingredients, raw materials and packing material procured / used for production and approving the quality of the finished product before dispatch.
• Ensuring all the set process parameters and ISO / HACCP procedures are followed during production.
• Maintaining the quality records of ISO / HACCP.
• Giving technical quality inputs in product development.
• Ensuring the parameters are followed for various products as per the rules and standards of the regulatory authorities.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the production facility and conducting the Quality Audit of the factory.
• Attending to the trouble shooting related to quality of the product.
• Attending and identifying the customer complaints related to the quality. PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry graduate with a minimum experience of 7 to 10 years in Fruit Juice Drink / fruit pulp industry, with at least 5 years in similar capacity.
• Responsible for ail production related matters of juice drink and pulp production.
• Planning, managing and assuring the production targets on a day today basis
• Ensuring the material supply in coordination with stores.
• Coordinate with OC Manager the quality and Food Safety aspects
• Ensuring all the set process parameters and ISO / HACCP procedures are followed during production.
• Maintaining all the production and ISO / HACCP related records.
• Giving inputs in product development and machinery selection.
• Ensuring the production parameters are followed for various products as per the rules and standards of the regulatory authorities.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the production facility.
• Managing the work force.
• Attending to the trouble shooting and maintenance of the machinery in coordination with Maintenance Manager.
