Ingredients:

Chicken ½ kg
Boiled Green Gram Lentil 1 cup
Boiled Red Lentils ½ cup
Dried Plum 200 gm
Crushed Cumin 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 2 tsp
Fried Onions 1
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilies 4
Green coriander ½ bunch
For Tarka:
Oil ½ cup
Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Curry Leaves 10

Method:

Wash chicken, add in dried plums, crushed cumin, ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmerice, red chili flakes, fried onions, 1 tsp salt and 2 cups water. When the chicken tenders, add in boiled lentil, ½ cup red lentil and 1 cup water. Cook it for 10 minutes.
Add in green chilies and ½ bunch green bunch. Add in 1 cup oil and 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 cumin and curry leaves. Add the tarka on daal and serve.
