You never know with ppl. I have kept him banned for severl year and he came back asking for adminship again by saying promise I wouldn't do such things etc etc but Sometimes ppl can't be change no matter how many time you gave them chance. In time like this, I don't get much trouble but least got the list of those users who are nicer on face and evil from inside. So we come to know who's with us and how's not.
