Part 1) Open An Image








Part 2) Create A New Layer








Part 3) Fill Layer 1 With White Color








Part 4) Effect After Filling Layer 1








Part 5) Decrease The Opacity Of Layer 1 Upto 70 or 60








Part 6) Effect, After Decreasing The Opacity








Part 7) Select Type Tool, Choose Your Font & Size








Part 8) Type Something, Meraforum








Part 9)Select Meraforum Layer and Then Press CTRL Button And Select Layer 1 Too
Go In Layer Menu and Click Group Layers








Part 10) Meraforum and Layer 1 Grouped








Part 11) Right Click On Text Layer (Meraforum) And Select Blending Options








Part 12) Change The Knockout To Shallow and Decrease The Opacity To 0








Part 13) Effect After Blending Option








Part 14) Select Layer 1 and Go In Edit Menu
And Click Free Transform








Part 15) Drag The Top And Bottom Transform Handles To Reshape The Background Around The Text
