Ingredients:
1. Chicken 1 kg, cut into pieces
2. Tomatoes half kg
3. Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp
4. Green chilies 3 to 4
5. Salt 1 and a half tsp
6. Red chili powder 1 and a half tsp
7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
8. All spice powder 1 tsp
9. Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
10. Coriander seeds powder 1 tsp
11. Oil half cup
12. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method ;
Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken on high flame till slightly brown, drain and keep aside.
In same oil add chopped tomatoes and ginger, garlic paste.
Cook on high heat till all water of tomatoes dries and oil comes on top.
It will take 8 to 10 minutes. (Be patience at this stage coz this is the main part of chicken karahi if tomatoes will not cook properly then the texture of karahi will be different)
Add fried chicken and other spices mix well and cook on high heat for few minutes.
Add chopped green chilies and keep on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken done.
Garnish with coriander leave and SERVE..
