Tasty n Spicy Chicken Karahi

Tasty n Spicy Homemade Chicken Karahi

One Chinken (8 or 12 pieces)
Tomatoes 300 gms
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 2tsp
Green chili paste 1tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper powder 1+1 tsp
Green chili thinly cut
Garam Masala 1tsp
Salt to taste
MSG 1tsp (optional)its Monosodiumglutamate or called (Chinese salt as well)
White vinegar 1tbsp(optional)
Oil 200 ml

Heat oil in wok. Put the chicken and a little bit salt in wok. Stir a little, when the chicken becomes white add ginger garlic paste. cook for five to six minutes. Now add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are tender and half of the water evaporates. Now add red chili, and mix for a about 2 minutes. Add black pepper, add green chili paste, add garam masala, add salt to taste (remember you have added salt in start as well be careful). add Msg. mix for another two minutes. add vinegar now. cook for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper and thinly cut green chili's. Cover till chicken tender and mix again. A little water and yogurt can be added if you need a little gravy in it.

Garnish with green corrainder leaves, thinly cut ginger and sprinkled chaat masala.
