Changing username

Hi

The username which I wanted to register with, wasn't available. I went ahead with the 'Plan B'. After signing up, I found out that the user he got that username back in 2012, never returned to the forum after signing up, nor did the user make any post at all.

I was wondering if I could be allotted that inactive username?
