Job Title: Office Assistant
Project Title: North Waziristan Internally Displace Persons – Emergency Response
Duty Station: Bannu
Department: Programme
Salary: PKR.15, 000/- Per Month
Project Duration: 02 Months

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Matric or Intermediate with 1x to 2x years’ experience in relevant field preferably with INGO.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Work closely with other team members in order to ensure project deliverables in efficient & effective manners.
SCOPE
The position is expected to implement the emergency project in a timely & successful manner and as per the requirements.

General Responsibilities:

• To adapt to the changing environment of NGO sector and forces of the competitive world.
• To maintain constructive, purposeful, trust based and sincere relations with all colleagues working above or under whether directly or indirectly associated.
• To continuously upgrade own knowledge, skills, attitude and application to become more valuable member of MUSLIM AID family.
• To maintain highest standards of honesty and integrity in all disciplines

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all clerical matters of office
• To clean/dusting of offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and all other office premises.
• To adopt manners, etiquette’s, dress and fair personal behavior so as to maximize your effectiveness on job.
• Filling , photo copy of office documents as and when required
• To behave positively and politely and keep himself cool minded
• Serve guests/stakeholders
• Any other task assigned by supervisor
